Orders - Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — you can request us to update your shipping address, but only before your order has been dispatched.


When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that shows the shipping address you entered during checkout.


If you notice an error or need to change the address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before dispatch.


Order processing & dispatch times

For Australia:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched at 7 am AEST, Monday – Friday

  • Orders placed after 7 am are dispatched the next business day


For the USA:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched at 10 am Pacific Time (PT), Monday – Friday

  • Orders placed after 10 am are dispatched the next business day

After dispatch

Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to change the shipping address. At this stage, delivery is managed by the courier, and any redirection or delivery changes must be handled directly through them.


Please note:

  • Some couriers do not offer redirection

  • Any fees for redirection or special handling are the responsibility of the buyer
