Orders - Click & Collect Orders AUS

Orders are typically available for collection on the next business day after placement. However, to ensure your order is fully prepared and ready, we recommend waiting for the confirmation email before heading to the pick-up location. This will help avoid any potential delays or inconvenience. 

All Click & Collect orders are free to pick up the next business day at our Brisbane warehouse in Berrinba, QLD 4117.

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup with our full warehouse address.

Pickup hours:

Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEST
Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST

Note: Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.

For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 8am AEST.

Upon arrival, please follow these instructions:

• Have your order confirmation email & ID ready

• Ring the bell at reception to collect your order
